Engaging Youth for Life

Throughout the months of June and July, Anglicans For Life, in partnership with Abundant Life, will engage youth for life through a variety of activities. Over the course of two months, Anglicans For Life's Youth and Outreach Coordinator, Sammie Gallo, will focus on uprooting lies and planting truths in the hearts of young people through engaging videos, resources, and graphics. Anglicans For Life believes it is important to engage people (both students and adults) in educational opportunities that equip them to speak the truth about the Sanctity of Life in a culture that uses misinformation to mislead people about abortion.

Canon Georgette Forney

Canon Georgette is President of Anglicans For Life, the only global Anglican ministry dedicated to ending abortion and euthanasia through ministry, education, pastoral care, and advocacy in partnership with the Anglican Communion. She is also the co-founder of the Silent No More Awareness Campaign, an effort to raise awareness about the physical, spiritual, and emotional harm abortion does to women and to let those who are hurting from abortion know help is available. Georgette had an abortion at age sixteen and later experienced healing, forgiveness, and reconciliation after going through an abortion recovery program. Through that she developed a greater understanding of the negative impact abortion has on women and the need to highlight the issue as an abortion survivor.
